Role: Head of Supply Chain – Food Industry

Location: The Hague, Netherlands

Are you a seasoned Supply Chain leader with a passion for the food industry? Our client, a multinational food business, is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to oversee and optimise their end-to-end operations in the Netherlands.

About the Role

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing the full supply chain function across procurement, planning, logistics, customer service, and distribution. You will play a critical part in driving operational excellence, ensuring product availability, and supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team across multiple functions
• Drive S&OP, demand planning, and inventory optimisation to achieve service and cost targets
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities across the region

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in senior supply chain leadership, ideally in the food or FMCG sector
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Fluent in English and Dutch
