Title: Head of Marketing and Product Management

Location: Western Europe (Confidential On-site location options)

Reports to: CEO


The Position

Our client is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking leader to accelerate growth, strengthen market positioning, and champion innovation across the organization. This executive role will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the European market while driving product vision and lifecycle management. With high visibility and significant impact, this position offers a unique opportunity to influence both organizational and process direction as well as market success. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented executive with a proven track record of building and leading a high-performing marketing organization, scaling brands, and successfully launching products in highly competitive markets.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to Marketing and Product Management teams across three European hubs, ensuring cohesion and alignment.
  • Establish and scale the product management organization, including processes, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Lead and develop product management teams, driving performance, professional growth, and engagement.
  • Optimize portfolio and product performance to maximize growth and margins, in partnership with the R&D and Sales.
  • Design and execute country-specific portfolio strategies tailored to market needs. Generate actionable product insights and ensure accuracy of product data and reporting. Differentiate and strengthen Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Channel Marketing functions, ensuring alignment with commercial and sales objectives.
  • Oversee development and delivery of product training programs through Field Engineers to enhance customer and partner enablement.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or comparable relevant field.
  • Previous sales responsibility is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing and product management leadership.
  • Track record in development and execution of product roadmap strategy.
  • Proven experience building teams and leading team development through change management.
  • Highly competent in strategic vision, customer focus, team leadership, and results orientation.
