AI & Computer Vision Engineer – Robotics & Autonomy


Amsterdam | €90,000 + Equity


Join a fast-growing deep-tech startup building cutting-edge autonomy software for unmanned systems in defense. Intelic combines real-time 3D perception, embedded systems, and AI to enable reliable decision-making in critical missions.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and deploy real-time perception and autonomy pipelines for UAVs and unmanned systems
  • Integrate vision, control, and planning algorithms using Python, Rust, ROS, and MAVLink
  • Optimize models for embedded platforms (Jetson, Raspberry Pi)
  • Conduct field testing to validate performance in real-world conditions
  • Collaborate across AI, robotics, and software teams to ship production-grade systems


What You Bring

  • 1+ years in robotics, computer vision, or embedded systems
  • Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals
  • Experience with real-time systems and field testing
  • Passion for autonomy and hands-on problem solving
