Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules, including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).
Automate security incident response and vulnerability management workflows to enhance efficiency and response speed.
Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with external security tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Rapid7, and Invicti.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and effective technical solutions.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, forms, and scripts to meet organizational security operation needs.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time security monitoring and performance tracking.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SecOps modules and associated workflows.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize existing security operations workflows.
What You Bring to the Table:
7–10 years of overall experience in ServiceNow administration, implementation, and configuration within medium to large organizations.
2–4 years of hands-on experience specifically in ServiceNow SecOps (Security Operations) modules.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Proven experience in scripting, coding, and configuration on the ServiceNow platform.
Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with external security tools and systems.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-team engagement.
Certifications in ServiceNow and Security domains are a plus.
You should possess the ability to:
Design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional IT and security teams.
Continuously enhance platform performance through automation and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex integration and configuration issues with minimal guidance.
