Euronext Corporate Solutions already serves more than clients including over listed companies, private companies, advisors and public organisations. * Investor relations and communication solutions: we help our clients to increase their visibility, engagement and international coverage with shareholders and investors with leading digital communications and streaming solutions. We also provide flexible and customized market data components for Investor Relations websites of listed companies. Our IR.Manager tool provides a complete and intuitive IR management and targeting platform for corporate IR teams. Our advisory team provides market intelligence and decision-making analytics for listed companies.

Job Profile

As Growth Marketing Coordinator – Compliance Solutions, you will report to the Growth Marketing Manager – Compliance Solutions. Your mission is to attract, nurture, and convert prospects by designing data-driven campaigns, optimising Online & Offline channels, and developing compelling engagement strategies tailored to C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, audit and execute targeted growth marketing strategies, focusing on lead generation and demand generation for our compliance solutions.
  • Ideate and build end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and paid media strategies.
  • Own lead generation funnel optimisation, leveraging CRM tools (HubSpot), automation, and analytics to enhance lead conversion.
  • Create and sponsor high-value content including whitepapers, market insights, case studies—to establish thought leadership and drive demand for compliance solutions.
  • Build & execute clear and extensive offline marketing strategy for compliance solutions targeting Nordics essentially and beyond when needed.
  • Analyse performance metrics and continuously refine marketing strategies based on insights and data-driven optimisation using HubSpot dashboards.
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools to assess, optimise and report on growth marketing activities.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • Master’s degree (Bac ).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in growth marketing, lead generation, and digital strategy.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads and other paid channels (Meta Ads, Programmatic ads, LinkedIn Ads…)
  • Strong expertise in reporting and dashboarding tools. (Looker Studio, HubSpot Dashboards, Power BI…)
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (Dutch, French, German or other Nordic languages is a plus).
  • Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and conversion optimisation.
  • Strong understanding on tagging and tracking (Google Tag Manager, Segment…)
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a storytelling approach to content creation and engagement.
  • Project management experience, ability to oversee multiple campaigns, budgets, and stakeholder interactions.
