Service delivery manager

of Service Delivery Manager (as we call this position internally), you'll ensure our customers
can optimally use our NS Go mobility platform.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you'll ensure customer satisfaction with
NS Go services for existing customers. You'll do this in collaboration with the Account Manager
employed by NS. Your responsibilities include:

• You're the expert in your clients' customer environments. You understand the client's mobility policy and are constantly optimizing the quality of the customer's environment.
  • You know the customer's policy and NS Go technical setup in detail.
  • You monitor the overall operational quality level of customer service through agreed SLA KPIs.
  • You coordinate top priority incidents and take the lead in escalations
• You guide the customer in expanding the NS Go platform. 
  • You internally follow up on customer improvement or change requests, including aftercare.  
  • You develop improvement plans in the areas of quality and service. 
• You monitor the financial aspects of the customer (such as invoices and one-off costs).

• HBO or WO working and thinking level.
• Experience in a similar position or the ambition to learn the profession.
• Analytical skills, you are able to get to the bottom of things and make connections. 
• Strong affinity with IT.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Solution-oriented.

At NS Mobility Services, you'll work in a dynamic and growing scale-up with a stable NS organization as its parent company. Our enthusiastic team of over 45 colleagues will welcome you warmly at our office in Breda station. What else can you expect from us?

• A one-year contract of 40 hours per week, with 36 or 32 hours also negotiable.

• A monthly salary, 8% end-of-year bonus, a flexible mobility policy (of course!) and at least 6 weeks of vacation per year.

• Flexibility around working hours, locations and office days and the option to work from abroad 4 weeks per year.
