About the Role

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering Abbott Point of Care solutions to healthcare customers across the Benelux region. You’ll support the Commercial Team during product evaluations, lead seamless implementations post-sale, and ensure optimal product usage in active accounts. This is a field-based role that combines technical expertise, project management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage timely product implementations across customer sites
  • Support product evaluations with hands-on training and feedback
  • Act as first-line support for networked product installations
  • Collaborate with Commercial Teams to expand product usage in existing accounts
  • Deliver field-based training to new APOC employees
  • Conduct and oversee customer correlation studies
  • Provide on-site support during field actions or customer complaints
  • Offer technical guidance to Regional Account Managers to support commercial goals
  • What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in healthcare or laboratory environments
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic networking
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
  • Degree-level education preferred
