As a Client Delivery Partner at Pegasystem, you will be at the heart of our client success story, playing a pivotal role in our consulting organization and client engagement model.

The Client Delivery Partner is accountable across the client engagement lifecycle, supporting the Sales org in closing ACV business, owning the professional Services Bookings target and delivering what has been sold, independent of who's implementing - client, partner, or Pega consulting. In addition to ensuring new workflows and decisioning applications are deployed successfully, this role is also the eyes and ears for Pega on Client health, ensuring the client stays current, healthy, and issues or obstacles get resolved proactively.

As the ultimate problem-solver on the Account team, you'll have the authority and responsibility to ensure exceptional client experiences from pre-sales through delivery. As a core member of the Account team, this role is the ultimate owner of client escalations and has the authority to pull in and direct the activities of whatever resources are needed to resolve problems (GCS, GSA, Pega Consulting).

The Client Delivery Partner is accountable for end-to-end delivery from pre-sales to delivery. Responsible for a holistic healthy client experience.

What You'll Do at Pega:


  • Transform the business account by driving strategic growth and identifying new opportunities while partnering with Lead Account/Client Executive.
  • Lead enterprise-scale project delivery and transformation initiatives, taking accountability for ACV, renewals, and consulting bookings while proactively managing risks and issues
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, client executives, and partners, serving as the key liaison between all stakeholders and regularly engaging with clients to understand their needs
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor to Stakeholders, helping them design effective delivery strategies, governing execution, and ensuring they realize the full value of Pega's solutions
  • Accelerate time to value by championing new ways of working, including blueprint, estimator app, constellation, and new platform capabilities
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Pega teams, clients, and partners, serving as the connecting tissue that facilitates seamless delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement through sharing best practices, tracking performance metrics, identifying innovation opportunities, and owning the feedback loop between clients and engineering teams

  • Proven track record of Consulting Sales and Delivery leadership
  • Expert in enterprise software delivery and client relationship management
  • Deep knowledge of Pega products and implementation methodologies
  • Ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and digital transformation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and impact clients and partners
  • Ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively
