Victoria's Fundación (Victorias Origén) is a Dutch ANBI-recognized nonprofit dedicated to community impact and charitable empowerment. Were seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence, attract donors and volunteers, and expand our global visibility.
Youll lead our digital storytelling and engagement efforts across multiple platforms. This is a deliverable-based position emphasizing measurable outcomes rather than time logged.
Setup & Optimization
Create and configure social media business accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Integrate Google Workspace tools for social media management while maintaining foundation admin control.
Optimize all profiles for visibility, engagement, and brand consistency. Content Strategy & Creation
Develop content strategies that align with donation and volunteer recruitment goals.
Produce 20+ original posts monthly across all platforms (including reels and short videos).
Use Canva, CapCut, InShot, and AI tools to design and edit engaging content.
Write clear, compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that inspire participation. Community & Campaign Management
Respond to comments and messages promptly (within 4 hours during working hours).
Engage with followers, volunteers, and the broader nonprofit community.
Coordinate with the recruiting team to share job and volunteer openings.
Manage reputation and support crisis communication when necessary. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and Postly AI.
Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Track results from donor and volunteer campaigns to measure ROI. Monthly Deliverables
20 total posts (Instagram 8, Facebook 6, LinkedIn 4, Twitter/X 2).
Bilingual content (English and Dutch) for all posts.
At least 4 donor acquisition and 6 volunteer recruitment campaigns monthly.
Community engagement and coordination with Dutch-language volunteers.
Monthly analytics report and next-month content calendar. Required Skills & Experience
Proven social media management experience with measurable growth results.
Skilled in Google Workspace setup, Canva Pro, CapCut, and InShot.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Postly AI.
Ability to coordinate across teams using Microsoft Teams or Monday.com.
Video editing and graphic design experience essential.
Bilingual (English required; Dutch a plus).
Experience in the nonprofit or charitable sector preferred.
Knowledge of GDPR compliance and online reputation management. Technical & Availability Requirements

Available for 1-hour team check-ins between 09:0013:00 CET/CEST.
