Job Description
As a SAP Data Migration Consultant, you will:
  • Lead SAP ERP Data Migration and Data Cleansing initiatives, primarily focusing on SAP MM or SAP SD modules.
  • Own specific SAP data objects (e.g., Vendors, Routings) throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Translate complex business demands into concrete, high-quality SAP-based IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, validate, and challenge business requirements.
  • Develop detailed functional IT specifications, including Functional Design, RICEF objects, and Customization Requests.
  • Document current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) business processes and assist in developing business cases, including IT cost breakdowns.
  • Support system integration and data transition activities within discrete manufacturing environments (complex products, low volumes).
  • Apply SAP best practices such as the “Keep the Core Clean” principle to ensure sustainable and scalable implementations.
  • Work in alignment with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in SAP ERP Data Migration and Transition, with strong expertise in SAP MM or SAP SD modules.
  • Proven experience in discrete manufacturing industries (complex, low-volume production environments).
  • Deep knowledge of SAP systems including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP BNAC.
  • Hands-on experience in Asset Management, Equipment Management, Configuration Management, and Equipment Hierarchies.
  • Familiarity with SAP Customer Service (CS), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
  • Experience integrating SAP solutions within large-scale ERP transformation programs.
