Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality frontline support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account issues.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints to enhance their overall experience.
  • Accurately record all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain exceptional service standards and improve customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancements and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
  • Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate and useful information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar support role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
