Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices for optimal usage.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and escalate complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  • Stay informed on product changes and industry developments to enhance the quality of support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
