Ensuring that service technicians can carry out their work without hindrance in the workshop in Amersfoort or at the customer's location in the Netherlands or abroad. You will be preparing and coordinating of the service activities carried out by Service technicians on behalf of Siemens Energy Nederland on high voltage installations.

  • Performing or outsourcing of engineering activities for the service work to be carried out
  • Compiling and checking of documents and procedures that are vital for the execution of the service projects

  • Loading and unloading of materials and tools
  • The management of the warehouse

  • Ensures that the service technicians receive the accurate materials, tools and test equipment for the accurate execution of service projects
  • Be part of a project team in case of large/sophisticated (high voltage) projects. Draw up the Bill of Material based on the internal order and is responsible for the warehouse management.
  • Incorrect interpretation of customer wishes or making mistakes in the performance of the work can have far-reaching consequences in various areas (financial damage, delivery delay, quality problems, unsafe situations with a risk of accidents, damage to equipment, damage to image).
  • What you bring

  • Specific knowledge of, for example, mechanical engineering, energy technology, electrical engineering, production technology is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch language in word and writing. Quality assurance, environmental legislation and safety rules. Reporting and management techniques. Product knowledge (eg: switchgear) and product guidelines.
  • "Hands on" mentality. Practical work in the workshop and warehouse interspersed with desk work.
  • Supervision of the accurate execution of service projects and repair jobs.
  • Participant of project teams in case of large/sophisticated (high voltage) projects.
  • Coordinator between customer and supplier with regard to engineering activities.
  • Reports on work carried out to internal and/or external parties
