Role and Responsibilities

How you make a difference

As a Project Lead Logistics, you are responsible for managing and coordinating operation improvement projects for SCM/Logistics & New System Implementation from initiation to completion. You act as the key link between internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective execution of operations and improvements.

As our new Project Lead PI, you will work on all our products and support all departments within Samsung Electronics Benelux B.V. (SEBN). Your work location is our office at Schiphol and your focus will be on operation improvement. You will monitor the logistics and supply operations and initiate projects for improvement. You will also be responsible for validating exceptional costs and monitoring and reporting the trend of logistics costs monthly.

Furthermore, you will monitor major logistics KPIs(OTD/Truck Loading Capa/etc.) and logistics capacity during peak seasons. In this position, you will also support Supply Chain Management Project and regularly deal with ad-hoc questions, which you will address as quickly as possible.

    What are your assets
    For this role of Project Lead PI, we are looking for a colleagues who could adapt into a dynamic environment. You are skilled at stakeholder management and involve and inform everyone in a timely and appropriate manner. You easily connect with others, you are good in keeping track of things and you have an eye for detail.

    We also request:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, SCM or project management related roles
  • Strong understanding of Logistics and Supply workflows
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and professionally to diverse stakeholders and HQ/RHQ
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel
  • A good command of the English and Korean language at a professional level, Dutch is a plus.
  • Strong reporting skills to headquarters, with the ability to prepare and present detailed reports and insights effectively
