Your Job
: As a B2B Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with Brooks’ Sales, Customer Service and supporting teams such as Finance, Logistics and 3PL teams in EMEA region to update and support systems used to service Brooks retail accounts and its field force employees such as sales and technical representatives. This includes, but is not limited to, systems such as FastTrack, EDI, Sage Force Manager and their integrations to other systems. You will work with internal teams to ensure the retail system technology and sales field force automation solutions and integrations are stable and maintained to meet our business needs. While the majority of your effort will focus on helping our Sales and Customer Service teams fully exploit the features and functions of our B2B and field force systems, a key component of this role is to understand the technical capabilities and limitations of these B2B systems and how to best leverage them in the Brooks environment. In this role you will work with business partners to understand business requirements, review functional requirements, troubleshoot integrations with other systems, coordinate deployment of customizations, testing and own the training process for your applicable systems.Your Responsibilities:
