BeschrijvingJob Description Urgent Vacancy: International HR Business PartnerAs an International HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Director and become part of a dedicated HR team. You will act as a strategic and tactical advisor to leadership and management, focusing on HR strategy, organizational development, and change management. Talent Acquisition is managed separately, which allows you to fully concentrate on business partnering and HR-related projects. Due to a current peak in workload and high levels of absence, we need someone who can hit the ground running and operate independently from the start.
