Urgent vacancy: international hr business partner

We are urgently looking for an International HR Business Partner who can step in immediately and make an impact from day one!

In this role, you will not only support the Dutch organization but also take responsibility for HR matters across several other European countries. Acting as a trusted advisor to management, you will bring structure, guidance, and solutions in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

As an International HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Director and become part of a dedicated HR team. You will act as a strategic and tactical advisor to leadership and management, focusing on HR strategy, organizational development, and change management. Talent Acquisition is managed separately, which allows you to fully concentrate on business partnering and HR-related projects. Due to a current peak in workload and high levels of absence, we need someone who can hit the ground running and operate independently from the start.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise and support management teams in the Netherlands and other European countries;
• Translate and implement international HR policies into local practice;
• Lead and support organizational change and development initiatives;
• Provide guidance on performance management, employee engagement, and culture;
• Act as a point of contact for managers and employees across multiple locations;
• Analyze HR data and translate insights into concrete actions and improvements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international context;
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong advantage;
• Proven experience in organizational and cultural change;
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure;
• Strong communication and advisory skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.

• A gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €6,000 (based on 40 hours per week and depending on experience);
