Your mission at HAIX:
You’ll lead and manage our email marketing strategy for the Benelux region – with a strong focus on the Netherlands. Your job: combine creative thinking with analytical insight to create campaigns that engage and convert.
What you will do:
Develop and own the e-mail strategy for the Dutch market – from the first click to lifelong loyaltyPlan, design, and send targeted email campaigns and newslettersDevelop automated email flows (e.g. welcome journeys, cart abandonment, re-engagement) that build long-term customer relationshipsTurn our brand DNA into channel-specific content – relevant, powerful, and always on pointAdapt and localize international assets and campaigns for the Dutch audience – with your native-level feel for language and cultureMonitor performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions, revenue) and turn insights into actionBuild smart testing scenarios to constantly optimize layout, subject lines, links, landing pages, and copyBring in new ideas and push the channel forward – from lifecycle journeys to content strategyWork closely with our E-Commerce, Social Media, and Content teams, as well as the Dutch Sales TeamRegularly align with the German Marketing Team to ensure consistency and knowledge sharingDesign and develop email templates that are as strong as our boots What you bring to the team:
Native-level Dutch – you speak like your audience, because you are one of them2–4 years of experience in e-mail marketing, ideally in e-commerce or B2CHands-on-experience with tools like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp oder HubSpotBasic knowledge with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4 etc.)Structured and proactive – you act, analyze, improveData-driven mindset: You read the numbers, understand behavior, and know what to tweakCreative flair for content and visuals – and a hunger to always do betterYou don’t wait for instructions – you take ownership and drive topics forwardYour benefits at a glance:
