Investigate & resolve user-reported issues
Review & moderate content within set guidelines
Respond to user inquiries with speed, empathy & accuracy
Analyse data to improve user experience
Identify trends & escalate issues as needed
What You Need:
️Fluent in AFRIKAANS & English(written & verbal)
️Strong resilience & adaptability in a fast-paced environment
️Analytical mindset with attention to detail
️Ability to work shifts (including late nights & weekends)
️Full work authorization in Ireland
