Preferably have a technical background in
mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or a comparable
subject.
2+ years of experience in R&D
(mechanical engineering, test development, or research) with a
solid understanding of the design verification
process.
3+ years in a mechanical test
laboratory, including experience in designing, documenting, and
executing test methods.
Proficiency in MSA
methodology/test method validation, statistical techniques, and
creating high-quality technical documentation. Familiarity with
Windchill, Minitab, CFD analysis, FEA (Ansys), geometric
dimensioning and tolerancing, and 3D CAD (Creo) is
advantageous.
Understanding the development
process and testing of medical devices (ISO 13485, 21CFR820) and
knowledge of plastic and metal mechanical constructions with mass
manufacturability aspects (mould/assembly tooling design) are
beneficial.
Strong analytical skills, careful
data analysis, effective research, creative thinking, and efficient
problem-solving abilities. A strong sense of ownership, passion,
and a fast learning ability.
Excellent
communication skills in English and strong social skills for
working with colleagues from various
disciplines.
