You’ll collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Sourcing to lead technical projects that deliver real impact.
What You’ll Do:
Focus on PCBA, electromechanical components/assemblies, motors, power management, and OEM assembliesFacilitate Value Analysis & Engineering (VAVE) sessions with procurement and engineering teamsDrive a multiyear technical project pipeline to unlock cost savingsAnalyze technical RFQs and support redesign, platform consolidation, and manufacturing improvementsPartner with our Center of Excellence to fast-track testing, lifecycle, and design enhancementsWhat You’ll Bring:
Degree in Electrical Engineering + 3+ years of experience or longer relevant experience without degreeProficient in RFQs, cost justification, and modeling return on investmentStrong business insight, leadership, and teamwork skillsKnowledge of 6Sigma/LEAN, supply risk, lifecycle, and part alternativesProficiency in MS Office and engineering toolsPreferred:
Experience in PCBA/electromechanical design or manufacturingBackground with procurement and EMS suppliers (Tier 1 & 2)6Sigma Green Belt, eCAD (Altium), PLM workflows, and phased gate processesTravel: Up to 30% across Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, and EU EMS suppliers
