Manpower is looking for a Service & Aftersales Engineer for a company in Sittard.
As a Service & Aftersales Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone of our customer support operation. You'll provide electrical/electronic support post-installation, carry out quality control tests, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient troubleshooting, training, and service coordination.
Your key responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical and electronic systems post-installation and during interventions
Perform QC testing of outgoing instruments for safety and performance
Prepare service records in compliance with internal protocols
Coordinate and perform maintenance, repairs, retrofits, and upgrades at HQ, customer sites, or remotely.
Handle warranty and non-warranty service requests with timely and effective resolution
Analyze recurring issues and customer feedback to support product improvements
Support spare parts identification and ordering
Deliver technical training to agents, distributors, and end-users
Maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional aftersales support
Collaborate with engineering, production, and R&D teams
Manage service-related warehouse logistics and field service scheduling
What's in it for you
