Purpose/ContextAs intern HR you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of dedicated tasks, given room for own initiative as well as given the required support in your development. You will gain experience with and understanding of HR processes from A to Z. You will be part of the European HR department.
Your activitiesSupport in recruiting and onboarding
Take part in the Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding of new hires
Learn about Payroll and assist with personnel mutations
Support with operational tasks such as answering employees' questions, administration, making contracts and reporting (a significant part of the internship experience)
Learn about and assist with compensation & benefits
Learn about Dutch labour law
A student working towards a Bachelor’s (applied sciences / HBO) Degree in Human Resource Management preferably, or e.g. Business Administration with HR specialization
Fluent in English, Dutch would be a plus
Someone who understands that HR is a combination of pro-activeness, constant growth and empathy towards others
Previous experience is not needed, we are here to help you learn!
