We are looking for someone to join our customer success team as a customer success analyst.

About the job

As a Customer Support Specialist, your mission is to ensure our clients receive timely, clear, and friendly assistance through calls and emails. You will be the first point of contact for client queries, helping them navigate our platform and ensuring they feel supported at every step.

Your responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough analyses using our database to extract valuable insights for our customers.

  • Effectively communicate findings and insights, transforming them into high quality presentations in accordance with corporate guidelines.

  • Respond to client queries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner.

  • Provide clear explanations, troubleshooting, and guidance on using our platform.

  • Escalate technical or complex issues to senior support or relevant departments when needed.

  • Gather and share client feedback with the wider team to improve processes and user experience.

  • Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, IT, food science, or related field).

  • 1–2 years of customer support experience (SAAS or food industry a plus).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

  • Service-oriented mindset, patient and solution-focused.

  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize tasks.

  • Fluent in English

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines
