• Assist the Head of CRC in various tasks and projects
• Coordinate, organize and follow major teams’ events, external visits in partnership with concerned departments and projects
• Support our department in special projects/initiative and ensure their coordination
• Provide seamless support to leadership teams
• Support teams in day-to-day operations
• Organize, execute, and assist with activities (staff meeting, all-hands meetings, on-sites/off-sites, and team social events)
• Ensure qualitative communication internally to inform, update and promote activities and projects within the CRC

PROFILE
• Areas of study in communications, business management/development or hospitality
• Luxury background is a plus
• English mandatory as main working language
