We are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager - Netherlands (m/f/d/x). In this role, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results, meet objectives, and exceed expectations.
This role is for someone who thrives on creating impactful campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. While you’ll work closely with clients, your main superpower lies in making campaigns succeed and driving business growth.
What you will doCampaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (Shopfully Network, Google, Meta, etc.), ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, budgets, and KPIs such as CPL, CPC, CPI, CPO, and CPM.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and translate data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work with sales, creative, media, and technical teams to ensure smooth campaign execution across markets.
Client Engagement: Understand client goals and provide guidance to align campaigns with business objectives. Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships, occasionally participating in calls, emails, or meetings.
Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding campaigns, using insights and creative solutions to drive additional value for clients and the business.
Experience: 2–5 years in digital marketing, campaign management, or account management—ideally in an agency or international environment.
Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital channels, trends, and tools (CRM systems like HubSpot, analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Looker; display advertising platforms; Meta Business Suite). Excel or similar skills (Pivot tables) are a must.
Campaign Knowledge: Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns, understanding KPIs, and optimizing performance.
Client Orientation: Strong communication skills, able to translate insights to clients and build trusted relationships.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to connect business objectives with actionable campaign strategies, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions.
Organized & Proactive: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Languages: Native-level Dutch and excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
