The Role As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in advising a broad portfolio of multinational and domestic clients on complex corporate tax matters. You will manage client relationships, lead project teams, and provide strategic tax planning solutions that help clients navigate local and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality corporate tax advisory services to a diverse client portfolio, including multinational groups and dynamic local businesses.
Managing and developing client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on both domestic and international tax issues.
Leading and mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance and professional development support.
Overseeing compliance processes and ensuring alignment with Dutch and international tax legislation.
Collaborating with other service lines to provide integrated solutions across audit, advisory, and transactions.
Driving business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the corporate tax practice.
Requirements
NOB Qualified
Extensive experience in Dutch and international corporate tax, ideally gained within a Big 4 or top-tier advisory environment.
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to translate complex regulations into practical client solutions.
Proven experience in managing teams and client relationships.
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
Ambition, commercial awareness, and the drive to progress within a leading global practice.
