For one of our clients we are looking for a senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in CE implementations.
RequirementsIdeal profile:
- Strong expertise in the Customer Service and Field Service modules.
- Relevant experience in Customer Care processes: Case Management, Email Routing, Call Routing.
- Solid understanding of business processes and ability to configure Dynamics 365 applications (workflows, dashboards, forms).
- Familiar with custom entities/fields, business rules, and security roles.
- Knowledge of integrations with other systems via APIs or Power Automate.
- Nice-to-have: experience with Dynamics CRM (Opportunities, Quotes), consumption-based processes, and Advanced Forms.
