Product Manager Digital Identity Services

Join the DCSA products teams and spearhead the development of our digital products. 

Job Overview 

DCSA is expanding the product team and hiring a Product Manager Digital Identity Services to develop digital products at industry scale; A product master mind with a proven track record of successfully building, launching and running products. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to define the product vision, build a robust roadmap, and ensure the product meets market needs and business objectives. The Product Manager Digital Identity Services will own at least 2 products, of which 1 is designed to support customer onboarding (in B2B context), meet compliance obligations, and manage master data.

Must have Qualification

8+ years product management experience, including 4+ years leading digital identity or KYC-type products.

The key responsibilities:  

·       Conducting market & customer research (pains/gains) and competitive analysis 

·       Defining product vision and long-term goals. 

·       Defining the product roadmap, down to the level of individual user stories

·       Steering the development & testing of the product(s)

·       Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing) to ensure product success. 

·       Engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including executives, engineers, designers. 

·       Co-Developing go-to-market plan(s) for product launch and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to promote the product. 

·       Defining and tracking key metrics to measure the success of your products on a weekly basis and making data-driven decisions. 

·       Overseeing the entire product's lifecycle, from development to retirement. 

Digital Container Shipping Association (DCSA) is a neutral, non-profit group founded by major ocean carriers to digitise and standardise the container shipping industry. With the mission of leading the industry towards systematic collaboration, DCSA drives initiatives to make container transportation services transparent, reliable, easy to use, secure and environmentally friendly. DCSA’s open source standards are developed based on input from DCSA member carriers, industry stakeholders and technology experts from other industries. DCSA member carriers include: MSC, Maersk, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, ONE, Evergreen, Yang Ming, HMM and ZIM.

Requirements

·       You have strong leadership, analytical and communications skills 

·       You love talking to customers and understanding what drives them. You have a technical acumen and problem solving is your second nature. 

·       You have a proven track record of successfully developing, launching and running (onboarding) products at industry level. 

· You are familiar with company data sources, concepts like shared signals, compliance databases, and other relevant internal information sources

·       Having experience in regulated B2B industries (e.g., logistics, finance, telecom, healthcare), is a big plus
