Are you a motivated student eager to gain practical experience at our HR Department? Are you seeking a challenging internship where you can immerse yourself in various HR processes while working collaboratively with others? We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team starting of September/October 2024. As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about HR processes, and support our HR Advisory team with different HR initiatives such as well-being, performance management and engagement.
This = the internship you are looking for
The HR department counts 30+ people and is known for its informal, open atmosphere and its driven specialists. During your internship, you will join the HR Advisory team, but also work closely with our HR Operations team. Together we are responsible for different HR processes and guide the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies. You help us to improve our wellbeing offering and processes and assist in developing internal communication materials using tools like Word and Powerpoint. You collaborate with different HR colleagues and departments such as our communication department to create content for company-wide information. You assist in optimizing HR processes related to well-being to promote a positive work environment. Additionally, you will support our HR Advisors and HR Business Partners during their day-to-day work.
