Key Deliverables
  • Support the rollout and adoption of updated CreativeX creative quality guidelines, targeting:90% creative quality score90% creative quality spend rate globally
  • Enhance the CreativeX database by integrating additional data sources (e.g., Kantar, MMM, Brand Lift Data)
  • Expand analysis and define global guidelines for the adoption of brand distinctive assets
  • Identify opportunities to reduce non-working ATL spend through MarTech solutions
  • Improve brand power using insights from creative marketing technology platforms
  • Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Focus
  • Translate business needs into scalable MarTech solutions with high adoption across global, regional, and local levels
  • Shape and support use cases powered by MarTech platforms
  • Lead solution design, deployment, and change management
  • Drive innovation in marketing communications through new technologies and data-driven approaches
  • Collaborate with the MarTech Manager to identify future-facing capabilities (e.g., AI-driven marketing, consumer analytics)
  • People & Partnerships
  • Identify and implement value-driving MarTech use cases with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of digital literacy and data-driven decision-making
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with technology vendors and consultants
  • Maintain governance and collaboration with partners such as MediaTool, IAS, Google, CreativeX, TAG, and StoryTeq
  • Success Metrics
  • Business impact and value generated by MarTech solutions
  • Platform adoption rates
  • Data accuracy and integrity
  • Stakeholder satisfaction (NPS) and agency evaluations
  • Candidate Requirements
    10+ years in a Product Owner or similar role, ideally across client, agency, or tech environments
  • Proven experience with full MarTech stack (media, creative/production, analytics)
  • Strong understanding of media and creative planning/execution
  • Agile project management experience
  • Track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation
  • Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
