Join our growing organic superfoods company as our on-site representative at our warehouse partner’s facility.


Location: Kruiningen, Netherlands

Employment Type: Part-time (25 hours/week)

Schedule: 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Salary: €2,500/month gross

Contract: Dutch payroll (under our registered Dutch entity)


We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work as our Quality & Documentation Supervisor at our logistics partner’s warehouse in Kruiningen. You’ll oversee day-to-day cargo handling, ensure compliance with SKAL organic standards, and prepare all required documentation—especially in the event of unannounced audits.


Tasks

Your Role:



  • Supervise loading/unloading of chia and other organic superfood cargoes.

  • Check cargo condition, quantities, and correct documentation before departure.

  • Organize and maintain all SKAL-required records and paperwork.

  • Represent our company on-site and act as the contact person for warehouse staff and inspectors.

  • Communicate effectively with our main office to ensure smooth coordination.


Requirements

What We’re Looking For:



  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

  • Located near Kruiningen and available to work on-site 5 days a week.

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse supervision, or organic certification is a plus.

  • Familiarity with SKAL or other organic compliance processes is highly valued.
