Contract Type: 1-year fixed term (with possibility of permanent employment)

Salary: €70k-€85k (including year-end bonus and 8% holiday allowance) + car allowance (€400/month)

Working Hours: Full-time

Start Date: November 2025 (negotiable)

Location: South Netherlands (hybrid work available – 1 day/week after probation)

Travel Requirements: Frequent business travel across Europe



Key Responsibilities

•Develop new business opportunities and grow the client base across Europe

• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products and solutions

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

• Provide basic technical support and equipment setup (training provided)

• Stay informed about market trends and competitors to spot opportunities

• Collaborate with colleagues in Europe and Japan to improve sales strategies

• Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven sales experience of electronic components

• Fluent in English

• Proficiency in Dutch or Japanese is a strong advantage

• Well-established professional network within relevant sectors

• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills

• Exceptional negotiation abilities and talent for building long-term client relationships

• Results-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for driving sales success
