FutureFocus: Quants is an exclusive program designed to give students graduating in 2028 a unique, behind-the-scenes look at the world of quantitative trading and research. Over the course of five days, you’ll take part in technical lectures, skill-building workshops, and networking events that will help you sharpen your skills and take action early in your academic journey.
Whether you’re drawn to the fast-paced decisions of trading or the data-driven insights of research, this program offers you the chance to explore which career path is right for you. And if you prove to be a good fit, you could secure a fast-tracked internship offer, giving you the chance to skip the traditional recruitment process.

  • Graduating in 2028;

  • Studying at a university in the UK or Ireland;

  • All degree backgrounds are considered;

  • You are able to demonstrate at the time of application that you have the requisite visa or other travel authorisations in place in order to allow you to attend the program in person.

The online assessment will take place in the first week of January 2026, and the interview will be held mid to late January 2026.
