The Account Manager (m/f/x) will be responsible for accounts in our DACH region and Northern/Eastern Europe, requiring travel once a month. We are looking for someone who is already experienced in the sensor industry.
Position Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with existing and new clientsUnderstand client needs and ensure satisfaction with products/servicesServe as main point of contact for clients, addressing concernsCollaborate with internal teams to achieve client goals and drive revenue growthCollaborate with internal and external decision makers on product developmentContribute to achieving company sales objectivesIdentify opportunities for expanding services and solutions within existing customersGenerate leads and develop new accounts within targeted marketsEducate clients on product features and benefits to enhance the value clients receive from offerings.Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion to achieve or exceed annual quotaUnderstand client needs, objectives, and challengesAct as the main point of contact and address any concerns or issues raised by clients, working towards resolutionsMaintain clear and open lines of communication between sales, marketing, product management, and support teams to ensure client needs are metManage contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring timely and smooth processesYour profile:
