From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialising in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are managing for one of our clients, Fashion Brand, the figure of Head of Brand Sportswear in their office in Amsterdam.


In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and we have offices in Ámsterdam, Barcelona, Berlín, Braga, Londres, Madrid, Milán, París and Zúrich.



ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ownership of the brand DNA, tone of voice, visual identity, and strategic storytelling across all markets and platforms.

  • Full responsibility for collection direction, product strategy, and pricing aligned with margin and growth targets.

  • Leadership over seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, and activations, from concept through execution.

  • Coordination of trend research, workshops, and market insights to feed brand and product decisions.

  • Final authority on brand image, design direction, pricing, and production approvals

  • Definition and control of sales strategies across wholesale, retail, and digital channels.

  • KPI accountability for revenue, margin, cost center budgeting, and performance reporting.

  • Team development through coaching, feedback, and training for creative and commercial functions.

  • Collaborative alignment with Design, Digital, Sourcing, Buying, and Marketing to ensure a unified and dynamic brand presence.

  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial environment where your decisions influence the direction of the business.



  • University degree in Marketing, Fashion Business, Design Management, or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in brand, product, or business leadership roles in the sportswear industry.

  • Proven success in launching, scaling, or transforming a brand in a competitive international market.

  • Strong business acumen: confident with budget planning, cost control, pricing, and sales metrics.

  • Fluent in brand strategy, content creation, and campaign execution across multiple touchpoints.

  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams

  • Fluency in English; German and/or Dutch is a plus.

  • Strong grasp of European consumer culture, retail dynamics, and digital trends

  • High adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.

  • Willingness to travel regularly for shoots, market visits, and key meetings.
