FunctieomschrijvingJob Description As a ServiceNow Developer - HRSD Specialist, you will:
Design, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow HRSD Suite, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Document Management, and HR Integrations.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform components such as Service Portal, Flow Designer, Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
Automate HR processes such as case management, onboarding/offboarding, employee transitions, and document management.
Build and maintain integrations with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
Develop scripts (JavaScript, Glide API, Client/Server) to customize and optimize platform functionality.
Create reports, dashboards, and HR metrics leveraging Performance Analytics and custom reporting.
Ensure solutions comply with security, role-based access, data privacy, encryption, and GDPR requirements.
Work as part of an Agile Scrum team, participating in sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality solutions.
What You Bring to the Table:
8–10 years of overall experience, with significant expertise in ServiceNow HRSD Suite and platform development.
Strong technical skills across ServiceNow modules, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and automation.
Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server integrations.
Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy, and security compliance best practices.
Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and HR performance analytics.
You should possess the ability to:
Work collaboratively in an Agile Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
Translate complex HR business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
Write efficient, maintainable scripts and workflows that align with best practices.
Ensure solutions meet compliance standards for security and data privacy.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.
