Your Role

As a PMO Consultant, you will bridge strategic consulting and hands‑on delivery.

You’ll support our clients by enhancing project controls, optimizing performance, and embedding best‑practice governance.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Project Planning Consultant to join our Dutch Hub to support a diverse range of projects and kick start with our industry leading Utility, Data Centers, Energy, Defence & Infrastructure.

As an MIGSO-PCUBED Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal functional and advisory role in the successful execution of our client’s projects by creating, developing, and maintaining large-scale schedulers.

Working closely within a team of consultants, you will utilize your expertise in project scheduling software, particularly Primavera (P6), to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.

Your analytical skills will be instrumental in assessing and managing risks and issues, contributing to robust project governance, financial control, and scope management.

You have interest in AI opportunities for Project Management and are curious about future of PMO activities.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to plan, monitor, and control budgets, costs, and risks
• Track project progress and report on key performance indicators
• Conduct maturity assessments and deliver actionable recommendations
• Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and organizational structures
• Provide project management support across functions and governance levels
• Champion a strong project culture by rolling out tools, templates, and methodologies
• Lead change management activities to ensure smooth adoption
• Support digital transformations, including AI‑driven initiatives

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field
• 5 to 12 years experience of project management experience
• PRINCE2 or PMI certification (CAPM/PMP) is a plus
• Strong scheduling and analytical skills
• Excellent communicator and collaborative team player
• Fluent in English and Dutch (Mandatory)
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Mobility in all Netherlands, our clients are based in all NL.
