As a Senior Content Specialist at DEGIRO, you'll be a part of a team with many different backgrounds. Our clients are spread across 15 different European countries, so we have specialists with expertise in specific languages and cultures. It is a fun and diverse team of young professionals who are passionate about content, marketing and investing. We work closely with our design, SEO, Data and SEA teams to help create a user-friendly website, good looking and well-written e-mails, insightful newsletters and killer campaigns. We believe that everyone should be able to invest to take control of their financial future. That is why we want to make investing accessible to everyone. What tasks can you expect with us?



  • Work on improving the current copy on the website and in e-mails and help create copy for campaigns and social media

  • Create and monitor a wide variety of e-mail marketing campaigns for the 15 countries where we’re active

  • Create more relevant e-mails and content by responding to needs and making optimal use of customer data (personalization)

  • Be involved and take ownership over the strategy, creation, execution, analysis and optimization of our content and communication

  • Translate copy written in English to Dutch

  • Implement our brand voice to all content we make

  • Make sure new content is translated and rolled out over different countries

  • Work closely with other members of the Marketing team in the fields of SEO, SEA, Brand, Data, Marking Automation, Design, contributing to the Marketing department goals


 


What do we want from you?



  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or similar

  • At least 3 years of experience in creating high-impact, unique marketing content

  • Outstanding copywriting skills

  • Ability to harness collaboration to produce well-crafted content

  • Strong social skills

  • You are a self-starter, work efficiently and are an excellent planner

  • Affinity with the brokerage/finance industry is a plus

  • You can work under little supervision

  • Strong customer focus

  • Creative, solution driven and proactive (we like new ideas)
