About the role
We are looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in consent management and open banking to bridge business needs with technical solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and deliver secure, compliant, and user-friendly consent solutions that support regulatory and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owners to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders, including legal, compliance, security, and technology teams.
- Work closely with developers, architects, and QA to ensure solution feasibility and delivery.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes.
- Perform gap analyses and impact assessments for proposed changes.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
- 5+ years experience in as a business analyst working in java applications
- In-depth knowledge of APIs, OAuth 2.0, consent frameworks, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and working with Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
- Strong ability to query data using SQL and interpret API payloads in JSON/XML.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Background in fintech, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) or Agile methodologies are an advantage.
Business & Product Skills
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, and process modeling.
- Hands-on experience supporting backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Understanding of consent lifecycle, user authentication flows, and privacy-by-design principles.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into business-relevant language.
- Comfortable working in distributed, cross-functional teams.

What you'll get:
- Salary : €4500-€5500
- Holiday pay: 8.33% of gross annual salary.
- 13th month bonus
- 25 Vacation days + 0.5 bonus day per quarter if you have remained fit and healthy (i.e., do not report sick).
- Travel allowance: 23 cents/kilometer.
