Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) solutions that streamline decision-making, regulatory compliance, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing rule-based systems.
Analyze and document investment and wealth management processes, ensuring alignment with banking and financial services objectives.
Drive end-to-end solution delivery, including requirement gathering, rule modeling, testing, and deployment support.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring timely and quality delivery of business solutions.
What You Bring to the Table:
10+ years of overall experience, including 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (Policy Automation) solution development
Expertise in rule authoring and administration using OIA
Strong skills in rule modeling, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Cloud integration
Familiarity with Oracle CX, Siebel, or CRM integrations (preferred)
Solid background in banking, financial services, wealth management, or capital markets
Deep understanding of decision management, business rules, and regulatory compliance processes
You Should Possess the Ability To:
Analyze and translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Collaborate across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Communicate clearly with business stakeholders, developers, and external vendors.
Troubleshoot and optimize rule-based solutions for performance and compliance.
Work in a structured, iterative manner within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
