The opportunity

In this high-impact, strategic leadership role, you will drive the European commercial and marketing strategy for Teva’s migraine portfolio. This includes brand building, lifecycle management, and go-to-market excellence, while fostering strong collaboration across diverse functions and countries.


You will be at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, harnessing data, AI, and agile practices to redefine how we engage with patients, HCPs, and stakeholders. This is an opportunity for a commercially driven, innovative leader to make a tangible difference in a fast-evolving therapeutic area.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Develop and execute the European marketing strategy for migraine therapies

  • Define and maintain a consistent, international brand architecture and positioning. Build segmentation strategies and personas for targeted, omnichannel communication

  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies and leverage Marketing AI to optimize campaigns, targeting, and performance analytics

  • Drive launches, lifecycle management, and performance monitoring for all migraine products

  • Act as a central coordinator, championing a CoCreation approach with local affiliates and cross-functional teams, including Medical, Market Access, Business Development, and R&D.

  • Promote and implement “New Ways of Working”: agile, innovative work methods and continuous marketing transformation

  • Build and maintain a strong network with key opinion leaders and stakeholders across Europe

  • Provide commercial input for clinical studies and lead training initiatives for marketing and sales teams

  • Your experience and qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in an international/regional role, ideally in neurology/psychiatry

  • Proven success in launching branded products internationally

  • Strong knowledge of the European pharmaceutical market, especially market access and regulatory requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills, experience in matrix organizations

  • Creative marketing vision combined with strong commercial and financial acumen

  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and the use of Marketing AI

  • Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus

  • Willingness to travel approx. 50%
