Inviting applications for the role of Process Owner HRO Payroll- Dutch- Hybrid Hoofddorp


Responsibilities

As Process Owner Payroll, you are the link between the Genpact teams at the various locations and various stakeholders of the customer. You ensure that an unambiguous working method is used within the various teams in the operation. Important aspects of your role:

• You are a knowledge holder of the day-to-day processes

• You ensure consistency on the processes.

• You oversee the entire process and ensure connection between the different teams.

• You coordinate an unambiguous working method between the different countries.

• You analyze and identify possible bottlenecks or problems in the process.

• You interpret the process statistics on a daily basis and anticipate them with the right communication and actions.

• You identify areas for improvement in the processes and work together with our Transformation Services team to implement them.

• You are the point of contact for the customer with regard to the daily operations.


As a process owner payroll, you ensure a smooth operation together with the manager, the role of Process Owner Payroll has the following sub-goals:

  • Securing payroll process knowledge.
  • Identifying possible risks in the payroll process and acting on them in a timely manner through mitigating measures and
  • Identifying possible optimizations and improvements.

  • Minimum Qualifications

    • You are able to make quick decisions from different perspectives and within the set frameworks and think rationally.
    • Cooperate? That's not a problem. You can consult well with your colleagues; you can communicate openly and honestly and sharing information proactively is the most normal thing in the world for you. You are reliable and like to help – even outside your own team.
    • You are analytical and able to collect information from different places that you need to answer a question or handle a request.
    • Process-based work is your thing; you oversee everything in the process. You can work well within set frameworks and processes but are curious and have the courage to think outside the comfort zone.
    • Fluent Dutch and English are required
    • PDL certification is required.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • You have at least minimum years of work experience in the field of HR and Payroll. You are aware of relevant laws and regulations and understand how to read collective labour agreements; You have a very good command of the Dutch and English language, and you can also switch between them well.
    • You are a go-getter and strive for top quality together with the team.
    • You are able to receive feedback, regularly reflect on your performance and you have an enormous drive to grow.
    • You are curious and want to learn in every area within our services.
    • You are result-oriented and feel at home in a dynamic environment. You are not afraid of change and enjoy working on different projects.
