How you will contribute
The successful candidate will embrace a can-do attitude, team spirit and more importantly is happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
Responsibilities will include:
· Email and calendar management.
o Booking meetings, venues, flights, and hotels.
o Completing expense reports for MDs and SDs.
o Completing weekly timesheets for MDs.
· Assisting wider team with:
o Handling general office tasks, such as filing, printing, binding, scanning, and data entry.
o Assisting with the onboarding process of new staff.
o Improving and maintaining storage and retrieval systems.
o Ad-hoc clerical duties and projects.
o Covering for EA holidays and absences.
Qualifications
· Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
· Must be proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
· Must have strong time management and prioritisation skills.
· Must be organised, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Must be proactive and use critical thinking to solve problems.
· Ability to work independently and within a team.
