Our expertise has made a valuable difference for our clients for the past 100+ years, and we are now looking for an Process Quality Inspector who will join our Quality team and will support the business in making a valuable difference in the century to come.

What Will You Do?

  •  Performing defined quality controls in line with Quality Plans and on time reporting. 

  • Providing smooth and reliable information sharing with Shop and Work preparation division. 

  • Following HTC Safety 1st policy and reporting of near miss conditions in case. 

  • Proceed to controls and inspections of sub-assemblies, Finished products and documents as defined in the Quality plans and standard procedure in order to ensure quality compliance. 

  • Analyse deviations and the first time right yield in Operations in order to provide guidance to improve the Organization performance on Cost of Poor Quality and achievement of milestones on time. 

    • What do you need to bring?

  • Bachelor degree in a technical study

  • Some knowledge of problem identification and solution methods: RCA, 8D, FMEA, Pareto analyses

  • Experience in Quality Inspection and Quality Control

  • Understand technical documentation in English, drawings of mechanical parts (2D and 3D) including tolerances, P&I diagrams

  • Use of measurement devices for controlling mechanical parts (dimensions, hardness, roughness)

  • Specific for area of expertise: knowledge of international standards & legislation and industry standards;

  • Measurement and testing methods, which may differ depending on the specific field. Methods includes analog and digital techniques;

  • Proficiency in English and Dutch
