[Job Description]


Solve customer's pre-sale and after-sale questions through different channels.

Keep records of customer interactions, provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies


[Job Requirements]


Dutch level: Native speaker or C1+.

English Level: Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Proficient in the use of Office software

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Ability to speak German/French is an advantage

Minimum MBO work and thinking level
