What will you do?


You will work closely with our Sales & Marketing teams to help achieve ambitious growth targets by engaging and setting up meetings with IT executives in Enterprise accounts. Some of your tasks include:

  • Prospecting and producing qualified leads.
  • Sending personal, Strategic, and Value-added Outreach.
  • Developing opportunities within named accounts through well-researched, high-touch, multi-channel cadences.
  • Achieving and exceeding the quarterly sales targets.
  • Recording all communication in SFDC (Salesforce.com).

Who are you?


  • You hold a bachelor's degree or a similar working experience
  • You have A solid track record of success and 2+ year in a SaaS SDR/BDR role
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch. French is a plus.
  • You are Confident talking to C-level execs
  • You have already used Saas Sales tools like Salesforce or Outreach
  • You are a natural mix of energy, drive, and people skills

Recruitment process


  • 1st Interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)
  • 2nd Interview with our Inside Sales Director (1 hour)
  • Written assessment
  • 3rd interview with an Account Executive and Sales Executive based in NL (1 hour)
  • Last interview with one of your future colleagues from the BDR team.
