Job Description
As a NCino Developer, you will:
  • Design, configure, and customize solutions using the nCino Bank Operating System and its core modules.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components to extend platform functionality.
  • Perform nCino administration tasks including configuration, setup, and maintenance.
  • Integrate nCino with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and secure authentication protocols.
  • Utilize CI/CD tools such as AutoRABIT to streamline deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Support end-to-end implementation, including testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8–13 years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years of hands-on experience in nCino Bank Operating System.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, including development best practices and optimization.
  • Solid experience with nCino administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Proven expertise integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like AutoRABIT and Azure DevOps (pipelines and work tracking).
  • Strong SQL and database skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
  • Banking and loan domain experience preferred.
