Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and
motivated MS Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant to join our
Business Applications team. You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable CRM
solutions, focusing on the Sales and Marketing modules. In this role, will
collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units to design,
configure, and optimize Dynamics 365 CE, contributing to global digital
transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful
projects that span multiple species and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather,
analyse, and refine functional and technical requirements, while providing
expert guidance on CRM best practices to ensure optimal solution design.Translate business needs into effective Dynamics 365
CRM configurations and customizations, especially within Sales and Marketing
modules.Participate in CRM rollouts, data migrations, and
integrations with other enterprise systems.Create and maintain documentation, including
functional specs, user guides, training materials and provide end-user training when required.Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuously
adopt new tools and technologies to improve solution delivery. Profile
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist or Functional Consultant.Functional knowledge of CRM Sales and Marketing modules, including CRM architecture, data models and business processes.Familiarity with Azure DevOps tools to support solution deployment, version control, and automation.Skilled in creating documentation, training materials, and supporting end-user training.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and translate business needs into CRM solutions.Self-motivated, collaborative, with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous learning and innovation in the Microsoft ecosystem.Nice to Have
Knowledge of Dataverse, Common Data Service (CDS), integrations and flows.Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)Dynamics 365 certifications MB-210 (Sales) or PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant).Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
