To further Strengthen our Spare Parts Procurement Team, we are currently recruiting for a Spare Parts Procurement Specialist , who will be located in Eindhoven (NL) .


The Spare Parts Procurement Specialist is responsible for the systematic set up and maintenance of the spare parts supply base in the ERP system. This role is critical to the success of spare parts performance to our customer. Speed and accuracy are key to setting up the proper operational flows for the Order Fulfillment Team Coordinators to order. They will take an active role in initial set up and optimizing the operational master data.


Main Tasks

  • Responsible for Request for Quotation preparation, issuance, response analysis and negotiation when parts are sourced externally
  • Update ERP database with vendor master data and info records (contracts, credentials, prices, lead time, minimum order quantity …)
  • Provide direction and leadership to Shared Service Master Data Management team in Poland related to mass updates and central reporting
  • Prepare supplier performance data to support strategic purchasers in preparing for negotiations with suppliers
  • Ad hoc adjustments and updates

  • A couple of years’ experience in purchasing / purchasing project management
  • Experience in negotiating with suppliers on commercial conditions (price, lead time, minimum order quantity)
  • Knowledge about cost drivers for suppliers in specific sectors
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Secondary education in relevant field or equivalent
  • Good English skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
  • As a person you are decisive and you take initiative and responsibility
  • You are an empathic team player
  • You have Strong Communication skills; able to communicate information effectively, persuasive, good presenting skills
  • You are Analytical; quick learner, ability to gather, interpret and evaluate information proactively
  • You are organized and detailed; strong planning skills, good at delivering customer expectations and following instructions
  • Knowledge of SAP, PLM, Excel, Power BI and able/willing to operationally contribute
