I’m looking for a skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to take responsibility for the smooth running of a busy airport hotel near Schiphol. With over 300 guest rooms, restaurants, and conference facilities, this is a fast-paced environment where your work ensures everything behind the scenes runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Your Experience
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, AC)
- Strong understanding of building safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance
- Confident in working with external contractors and suppliers
- Flexible with working hours, including occasional standby shifts
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct routine spot checks and planned preventative maintenance across hotel facilities
- Ensure mechanical and electrical systems are running safely and efficiently
- Handle repair requests quickly and professionally, keeping guest safety and comfort a top priority
- Take ownership of the building’s overall maintenance, from guest rooms to public areas
- Collaborate with contractors and external service providers when needed
